The soft rubber mouthpiece of this snaffle bit provides a thick and therefore mild surface for the horse to learn to accept a contact. Perfect for young horses. Mouthpiece thickness: 21mm. Cheek height: 90mm. Rubber covered mouthpieces are generally thicker, making them softer and particularly suited to sensitive mouths. Stainless steel is used due to it being durable, easy to clean and resistance to rust.
